• 2012 Wrap up!

What a cracker of a day. After 4 years of wet grey clouds, the sun finally came out for ToyotaFest #9 and we were treated to the glorious spectacle of 103 of Toyota’s finest, gleaming in the midday sun. Certainly the most enjoyable ToyotaFest we’ve had in a long time.

For me there were many highlights, such as seeing a whole swag of classic Celicas and AE86 sprinters parked alongside the new 86’s from Toyota and Neal Bates Motorsport.

Or how about all those supras and crowns…

And then there are those rarer cars that you just never see running around the streets.

The new venue at Totally Home Bella Vista was perfect given the magnificent weather. A huge thanks to the staff at Totally Home Bella Vista for working with us to make this event happen in such a short time frame. Not only that, they provided advertising , the jumping castle and face painting for kids and young at heart.

Once again, Jason Lowe’s awesome little KE20 stole the show amongst a lot of quality cars.

The standards however keep getting better and better and judging is getting harder and harder.
